President Bush Criticizes His Father For His Election Remarks
President Bush Criticizes His Father For His Election Remarks

October 23, 2006

Washington, D.C. (AHN) - On Sunday, President Bush criticized his father on a television show for his remarks that he hates to think what life would be like for his son if the Democrats win the November 7 election, defeating the Republican stronghold in Congress.

"He shouldn't be speculating like this, because -- he should have called me ahead of time and I'd tell him they're not going to (win)," Bush told ABC "This Week" in an interview broadcast on Sunday.

Earlier, a book titled "State of Denial," by journalist Bob Woodward says the 82-year-old former president was "anguished" over Bush's strategy in Iraq, although he has dismissed that account.

Reuters reports that Bush's father was reported to have told a Republican fund-raiser in a Philadelphia suburb that "if we have some of these wild Democrats in charge of these (congressional) committees, it will be a ghastly thing for our country."

He was also quoted as saying, "I would hate to think ... what my son's life would be like" if Democrats win.

5. Food Fight.
Hell on a pogo stick!! Can't these two malevolent, demented souls fight among themselves instead of taking the whole world down in their 'mano-a-mano' genocidal feud?

Give the world a break already. The name Bush should go down in infamy.

6. What's wrong with this picture?
"...He should have called me ahead of time and I'd tell him they're not going to (win)...."

I wish I could tell if statements like these are evidence of delusion or of a carefully crafted plan to steal yet another election.

:hangover:
