2. Ya know, I would hope you are right but that would assume
some intelligence on the part of the voter..on the other hand in this area if Jim Kelly says jump..there are people that might not usually but will now "jump"..

3. Kelly was one tough customer on the gridiron but his politics
leave much to be desired.

6. Kelly has obviously not read Pat Tillman's brother Kevin's letter.
I suggest that he read it in its entirety and educate himself to what the Bush administration has done in our name, and how the Bush administration has lied to the American people and thoroughly dishonored it's military and our Constitution.

7. The same Jim Kelly who organized the Hunter's Hope Foundation?
...in order to study Krabbe Leukodystrophy, an inherited, fatal, nervous system disease which his infant son Hunter was diagnosed.

Let's take a quick look at Tom Reynold's voting history on stem-cell research:

I'm ashamed to hear this, Mr. Kelly. Truly, utterly ashamed and completely taken aside in disbelief that you'd side with a politician who is 110% against your crusade to find a cure for the disease your son has been afflicted with.

:wow:

10. An FYI, Hunter Kelly died last year:

Hunter Kelly Dies

Hunter Kelly, the 8-year-old son of former Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly, has passed away after a long and courageous battle with Krabbe's Disease.

And that's a great point about Reynold's anti-stem cell research stance. It does make me wonder why Kelly would support Reynold.

Edited on Sun Oct-29-06 05:48 PM by Daylin Byak
He probally lost a boatload of brain cells as bills QB what with all the concussions he had, in fact that's why he retired.

Jim Kelly played too many games without his helmet on.
