He's YELLING, he's WAVING his ARMS, he's got the fake Texas accent ratcheted up to 11 on a 10 scale. He's taking carefully-timed pauses at the end of every other sentence to allow for the applause and and hoots from his faithful base.

He's VERY...CAREFULLY...PRONOUNCING...EVERY...WORD, as if the folks in the audience have some kind of mass leaning disability.

It's like a prayer meeting of the unholy.
