4. Plus this is a national poll
Until you show me polls specifically for Iowa, New Hampshire, or Nevada, then I don't give a shit what the national polls say. Lieberman was leading them at this point in 2003.

13. Feels like June 2003 'round here...
Gallup Organization Poll, 26 June 2003:
Lieberman front-runner with 20%
Gephardt(15%)
Kerry 13%
Sharpton and Edwards (7%)
Dean 6%.

Damn it, I wish the mods didn't lock down that thread with the picture of Hillary w/o makeup on. That thread was too funny.

15. haa!
Sitting next to a stranger having a cocktail, he looked up at the tv screen
where a girl was demonstrating an aerobic workout. Turning to me, he said:
"do you look like that when you wake up in the morning?"

I said, laughing, "No!... and she doesn't look like that either."

He about fell off his stool in uncontrollable laughter.

...sorry, I missed seeing that thread. I'm sure one of the bunnys will post it soon, though.

6. Speaking for myself, I'd prefer if folks would wait until the
ELECTION.

I'm still recovering from the last one; I'm not prepared to even start thinking about the next one -- and I despise having some freaking poll tell me what to think.

7. A +/- 5% MOE and
no description of the demographic queried. Never mind that at this point the only thing really being measured is who is or is not "fashionable." No mention of issues or how those possible candidates compare in that respect.

Worthless poll. Meaningless.

8. I'm betting
that anytime there is a poll with Clinton as a candidate, every repub votes for her. SHE's the one they want to run against.

9. The only thing that concerns me at this point
is that a lot of people are getting to know our nominees more than the pukes, and that is a good thing as long as the coverage is positive. Today, I heard a gaggle of female reporters on MSNBC talking about Obama's gym habits and how you "coldn't make a pat of butter on his whole body". Substanceless drivel, but substanceless drivel in favor of our Democrats. You will not see a comparable piece on McCain's pale, dried up ass.

I agree that it is too early to see who will win the Dem nomination, but let's face it, all the rock-star adoration of Obama and fawning over Hillary in the media is really helping the Dem's reputation. The pukes aren't getting the '08 talk we are...that is a good thing if it is sustained and transfers over to whatever nominee we decide.

This said from a openly "Gore in '08" DUer.
