Why is Biden even running?

The most dangerous place in Washington, D.C. is the space between Joe and a TV camera. Senator Kerry is one of the most stateman like, serious Senators we have. He is not running now, so it might be a good time to respect him for who he is.

As to Biden - what I see is a feeding frenzy that is going to crowd out the debate on the Iraq resolutions. He is a smart guy with an overbearing, swarmy personality. His handling of the SFRC hearing has been absysmal.
