Hillary gladly playing the gender card
Someone needs to tell her that isn't going to work in a General election http://www.latimes.com/news/politics/la-na-hillary7apr07,0,3370086.story?coll=la-home-headlines

1. How inane. She's no role model for my daughters. I only see "political elites" supporting her
... or those organizations and people who can be bought off with MONEY contributions. :puke:

She must be ultra- proud that her daughter Chelsea is in the high money business of Hedge Funds.
How noble is that?

3. OK, let's wait see how the voting turns out in the Primaries?
It's going to be a big time shock for both HRC and the M$M.
I'll try real hard to not say, "I told you so." ;)

She told me that if Hillary is the nominee she will probably vote REPUBLICAN. she tells me she does not like Hillary and sees her a cold woman. she also said she's tired of the Bush family and the Clinton's thinking they have a rule on the white house.

11. My mother, also elderly, does not like Hillary either but WILL vote for her she told me
if Hillary wins the nod. Whenever we get together I razz her over Hillary, lol, and we have some fiery exchanges, all in fun of course. She thinks Hillary has cold eyes. My mom and dad are the staunchest Democrats I've ever known. Neither one of them are Hillary fans, but they would never think twice about voting for anyone but a Democrat. My father, a WWII vet who captained his own ship in the Navy, thinks extremely highly of Dennis Kucinich.

Anyway, I thought it was kind of funny when you said how your mother thinks Hillary is a cold woman...after hearing my own mother tell me how Hillary has such cold eyes. lol

Maybe your mom is just voicing her displeasure of Hillary to you by saying how she'd vote Republican if she gets the nod. Sometimes people say that, but when push comes to shove, they do the right thing...pull the lever with the D on it.

7. Why shouldn't she? Male candidates have played the gender card for eternity
and have been pretty successful at doing so.

I applaud Hillary for doing this.

8. Why the hell wouldn't she?
The derision of Hillary here at DU would be a teensy more palatable if it made sense even half the time.
