Jane Crawford Greenburg, who covers the Supreme Court
and a regular for JimLeher NewsHour, is called on
by many outlets to discuss happenings at the Court,
gave some very insightful analysis.

In such a short time, using powers of personality and
PERSUASION, Roberts has taken control of the court
and made it a Conservative Court with s strong
right turn. He has brought Kennedy into the "conservative
fold". According to Greenburg, Roberts has done
something Renquist never did. Under the Renquist
court we would await decisions watching to see how
to see how O'Connor and Kennedy voted. According
to Greenburg--We do have this situation any longer.
Roberts has Kennedy in his corner. All we can do
is figure how conservative will the Court decide
the case.

The Court took a very narrow approach in deciding
the PBAB. This is how they will decide each case
especially cultural issues. She says there is
a race case coming up, the same approach will
be used. Kennedy will go with Roberts.
This Roberts Court believe all these issues
should be resolved at the state level --not national.
The signal is being sent to state, Pass your own
laws on the Cultural Isses--God Guns Gays and Race,etc.

Roberts has established a lot in a short period
of time.
