Pigface Lou Dobbs just shit on some of our top Dems & at the same time praised Rush Limbaugh!
Pigface actually called Governor Spitzer "an idiot" and it wasn't just the words, it was the way he blurted it out on his dumbass show on CNN just now. He and his cohorts also ridiculed several other top Democrats, including Harry Reid, with some nasty name calling. Also, he lambasted Clinton, Kerry, several others, and Jim Webb for going along with Reid on some issue, quickly mentioning how it was too bad because he liked Jim Webb (in other words, he doesn't like any of the other Democrats). Then in the same breath he goes on to give Limbaugh a ton of hero worship, saying how the Democrats are useless, and Rush Limbaugh hits home runs out of the park because he's just so damn brilliant (those aren't the exact words, but close). I don't even know WTF they were screaming about, I was just channel surfing and happened across his angry rhetoric. I have the feeling my fine NY Governor, Elliot Spitzer, will not let Pigface get away with this. Dobbs has crossed the line. Fucking asshole.

10. I noticed that since his operation he's been more rabid than
usual. He's been so bad lately I can't watch him any more. I watch HGTV until Matthews comes on. He's lost his freakin' mind. Not even pretending to make sense any more. And his constant spew of xenophobia is just... disturbing. He no longer spends the other half of his time on his middle class crusade, now he's almost 90% of the time on his immigration obsession. Can't stand it any more.

2. Lou Dobbs has one agenda...
"immigration" is the codeword for it. He was talking about the driver's license to immigrants legislation in NY, I'm pretty sure...having not seen the show myself.

And, he is a PIG.

be put on the voters list and then vote...all without the need to show a social security number - in New York State now. Sounds odd to me.

Dobbs' had it right when he was calling Bush and his administration useless idiots (his words).

It was fat rich Chicken Hawks on Parade as Limbaugh gets patriotic throwing money around he's made doing shtick like this all these years while on going deaf on Hill Billy Heroin and speed balling Viagra.

If George Sorros would have gotten into the mix and jacked the bidding into 100's of millions shit would of hit the fan on this manufactured "goodwill."

with the drivers licenses for illegal immigrants because I don't see how it can benefit the state. Maybe he's got his reasons so we'll just have to wait to see how it plays out.

That said, I've noticed that Dobbs is a little more rabid since he returned. Putting aside the good work he has been doing for the middle class he has completely lost his reasoning by praising Rush Limbaugh of all people. Limbaugh should receive only derision and contempt, not accolades.

He bashes Democrats a little too much and I don't like it one bit. Dobbs should save his hostility for people that deserve it. Like Republicans!

13. Tonight on Hardball, three pundits and a pollster warned
Democrats they had best take a second look and perhaps
reposition themselves on the Immigration Issue. As they
smartly pointed out this is not a left right issue.

Nikki Tsongas barely won her election a few days ago and
she should have done much better. Her oponent rubbed Immigration
in her face and she almost lost.

Our Party says we are for the Middle Class especially the
middle class worker. Our Party has positioned itself where
it sounds and appears that we will protect illegal immigrants
over Americans . Maybe they do not mean to do this but this
is how it appears. GOP should be losing, but they are winning.
Jyndl just became Gov. La, Thank God Tsongas eeked out a win
but her GOP opponent gave her a good run for the money. As I said
I thought the GOP was in trouble.

If our party tells the Middle Class to shove it, Forget any
Democratic Victories.

This Immigration Bill has been poorly handled. They need to go
back to the drawing board and start from scratch. When more
and more newspeople are warning the Dems, it is time to listen.

14. In 1958, after George Wallace lost his first run as governer, he said he would never be
"out-nig**d again." And he turned into one of the most hateful race demogogues of his generation - and ultimately was largely responsible for delivering the angry white Southern male into the Republican camp.

Democrats need to be very careful about allowing demagogues to run us away from our values. Yes, Tsongas' opponent rubbed immigration in her face. Just like Wallace opponent ran race into HIS face. We need to stand up to this kind of crap - we certainly should never run away and buy into the ugliness they're trying to force on us.

This isn't about anyone telling the middle class to shove it. This is about whether Democrats are going to stay true to our ideals or turn into a bunch of scared, spineless unprincipled wimps the demagoguing right wing wants us to be.

he was spewing hatred at Spitzer and also Bushco. Really said some hot things. I thought he was on the verge of a mini stroke. He looks very seedy. What the hell sort of politics does he practice ? Thank god I did not see LimpSwine. I loathe looking at him or hearing his hateful voice.

19. Driver's license New York State
He lost me when he brought up the idea that someone here illegally would use the driver's license to register and vote. It would seem to me that someone here illegally would logically keep a low profile, and by illegally registering and voting they would subject themselves to documented evidence of a crime.

20. I think that it opens the possibility for voter fraud.
As I understand it, the law in New York does not require a valid Social Security number or Passport to get a license, or at least they're not checked with the SS or State Departments. To get on the voter roles, all you have to do is show your driver's license.

While I agree with you that most illegal immigrants want to keep a low profile, I don't want to entice people into legal behavior, or have massive challenges to the voter lists in New York based on suspicion.

Spitzer said that he wanted to make it easy to get a driver's license to cut down on uninsured motorists and to make sure that everyone knows the rules of the road. The driver's license may help with the latter, but you only have to show proof of insurance if you register a vehicle. Perhaps he's counting on folks doing the latter, then the former. However, the former is pretty expensive.

It appears that he completely forgot about voter registration when he made his proposals to help cut down on the uninsured motorists and bad drivers.
