1. Pat Robertson
endorsed the Rude Ghoul because he was leading in the polls and Pat needed some attention.

I wounder if they talked about the fact that Rudy's lobby firm represented a man Pat called openly for the execution of?

2. That and...
Edited on Wed Nov-07-07 08:12 PM by TwoSparkles
Robertson endorsed him because he's a whore.

Robertson will whore it up for the "winner" forsaking all of those
heartfelt, Savior-centered, sacred beliefs of his. :eyes:

Is there an Evangelical alive today---who doesn't see that these whores
are for warmongering, profits and greed--and that the Jesus talk is
the worm on the hook that baits these people into going to the polls?

The Democrats are figuring out that our Democratic politicians are NOT
interested in the longstanding tenants of our party. We're coming to
terms with the notion that corporations rule, Fascism is here and
"We The People" are screwed.

Imagine what will happen in this country when the Republicans (the ones
who aren't cheerleading for the corporate, warmongering takeover of our
nation) realize that they've all been bamboozled.

Can you say....revolution? It won't be a partisan thing when it comes to that.
It will be Americans vs. the Fascist neocons. It ain't gonna be pretty.

3. I think we can put to rest that there are "values" at play in the Religious RW.
It's all about winning and maintaining the federal dollar welfare that they've enjoyed for the past 7 years. For the leaders of this movement, there's precious little family values to worry about, but lots of greed and power to be had.
