I can vote for Spider-Man and it won't make much of a difference.

Edit:

And in the primary, I can vote for Dennis and it doesn't seem like it will make much of a difference.

I'm simply asking if it matters (for the nomination process) for whom I vote.

44. Well this thread is for those of us that are voting for him-regardless of all other considerations
so are you voting for another candidate or still undecided???

A lot of people lost their lives before they got the right to vote, women couldn't vote until 1920-so yes your vote matters if it's counted and recorded accurately in a representational Constitutional democracy (not this installed fascist criminal administration)--that's what Dennis Kucinich has addressed repeatedly without the blood money contributions of most PAC's

I'm voting for DK in the California primary and in the general election, most likely. If he isn't nominated, I'll likely vote third party-- at present none of the other dem candidates will get my vote, so it's probably DK or third party.

18. Dennis in the Primary
mainly for two reasons:

1) While all the other candidates have voted for the war (Biden, Edwards, Clinton, Dodd), or are still voting to fund the war (Obama, etc), Dennis never supported it from its inception, nor has he approved of the hypocritical nature of the other candidates, the ones who speak against the war now that it's politically correct to do so...and then they turn around and vote to fund the fucking thing.

2) Of most importance to me is his gutsy, single-handed attempt to hold Bush and Cheney accountable for their crimes against humanity by trying to get the criminals impeached. Too bad the other ones don't have the conviction and guts as Dennis does to bring Bush and Cheney to the proper justice they deserve.

35. DK is the only candidate with whom I share more than a voter registration
party.

Primary - definitely. In the general election, still to be determined.

None of the other Democratic candidates have yet to sell me on why they should get my vote, except for that letter "D" on my registration.

Even if he doesn't get the nom it will send a message that real progressives have a vote that needs to be courted by the "moderates".

For me this will be the last election I hold my nose to vote in the general.

47. Me
I was going to vote for Edwards, but living in RI, mot vote not matters one whit. So I'm voting with the candidate who I actually agree with on the most issues.

I'm voting in the general for whomever is the democratic nominee, with two exceptions. And before you get all crazy on my ass, like I said:: Rhode Island --- my vote won't especially matter. Whoever the dem nominee is will carry my state 80/20 or thereabouts.

We won't even get any candidate visits (from either one) come election time.

59. DECEMBER 15 2007.COM
DECEMBER 15, 2007 is the date on which we can begin to take back our country. It is also the date in 1791 upon which our Bill of Rights took effect.

On December 15, 2007, Dennis Kucinich will attempt to shatter Ron Paul's recent $4.2 million single day fund raising record, and collect a mind-boggling $10 million in one day.

This can only happen with your help. The website is December152007.com. Spread the word! Money is what makes the media sit up and take notice. Without it you are a fringe candidate worthy of little respect or news coverage and no speaking time in the debates - if you are even invited to them. A candidate who can raise $10 million in a single day can no longer be ignored by the mainstream media.

Please go to December152007.com and pledge to contribute on December 15 by signing up on the email list. You must actually contribute on the 15th on Dennis Kucinich's official website; a reminder email will be sent on that day.

Please also promote this event in any way you possibly can. Put a sign over the freeway. Put a large sign on your vehicle and park it somewhere legal where a lot of traffic goes by. (I did, I move it twice a day to make sure someone doesn't try to get it towed). Call a friend, email family and friends....... Now is the time to take action, not just sit on the sidelines and carp.

And by all means put your money where your mouth is - as one bumper sticker on my pickup truck says, "Talk is cheap... Make a donation!"
