My two "favorites" are Kucinech and Edwards (ON EDIT: and I'm barely lukewarm about them). The rest I don't care about (ON EDIT: at all). I'm sure they are nice people, but I don't want them in the Oval Office.

Biden has pissed me off more times than I can count whenever he has appeared on the Sunday Morning talk shows over the last seven years by being more critical of the Democrats than of the Republicans. While part of me admires the whole "let's be fair" it would have been nice if he'd left the criticism of the Democrats to the Republicans, instead of making the whole shows be "Democrat bashing" FOR SEVEN YEARS.

Hillary doesn't belong in the White House because she's already BEEN in the White House. That's too much power concentrated in one family, and since I don't want a "dynasty" thing happening, I won't support her.

Obama says he won't put the criminals in this administration in jail because he wants to "look forward" which pisses me off more than I can tell you. If he promised to JAIL THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION once he got in office, I'd probably support him. Instead, he seems like more of the same crap despite his "new guy in town" appeal.

Richardson was governor of New Mexico when election fraud 2004 went down, and I know why the state didn't get investigated properly despite the overwhelming evidence (go look for it yourself by googling it) of the "problems" that state had. Frankly, if it wasn't for my personal discussions with the people involved in the work at the time, I'd probably be unaware that his political ambitions (and that of the rest of the Democrats who were salivating for their turn at a run in 2004) resulted in the last several years of Disaster for this country. Edwards knew they were getting screwed over, but as second guy on the ticket with a wife who was newly diagnosed with cancer, I get why he had to back down to the "experienced" folks who were completely useless to us when we were scrambling to get the anomalies investigated.

I really don't have any respect for any of them, except Dennis, and I keep hearing that he runs an incompetent campaign in the "let's do it so I can say I'm doing it, as opposed to actually having a chance in hell of winning." But at least he's tapping into my rage. The rest of them have their eyes on the prize of 2008, and since there seems to be a tacit agreement to let the criminals keep going/get a free pass

F*CK THEM ALL FOR BEING USELESS.

If being a Senator of a Majority Party means they can't get a Criminal Administration out of office, my only conclusion is they are salivating at the chance to pull the same crap as the folks currently in charge.

I don't want ANY of them in the Oval Office, and I think I join the rest of America (and that includes the Republicans with their despicable slate) in PRAYING for my current candidate as the best option for this country:

NONE OF THE ABOVE.

2. I'll gladly take any of the dems running
over any of the repukes in a heartbeat. None are perfect by a long shot, but they're all light years better than bushco or the repukes.

4. I hear the frustration over this.
Sometimes I get very angry and it's distressing when I start to feel there is no hope. There is hope and eventually we'll get it together.

Hang in there and don't give up yet.

6. Thank you, OhioBlues. I appreciate that.
You are right -- I am frustrated. I remember being excited about Kerry in 2004. I was so impressed with his credentials. And I was madly in love with Dean! I felt like they had fire, and they gave me hope that my country could be saved.

Its nearly four years later, and now I think its just about bleeding the rest of us dry, with no accountability for the crimes that have been and will continue to be committed.

Seven years ago I *never* would have dreamed we'd be discussing TORTURE or whether people have the right to confront their accusers or whether the government needs to get warrants before wiretapping citizens or ....

I weep for this country, and my constitution.

7. Nice summary.
I'm irritated too. Hillary and Obama are the least tolerable for me. Hillary for the obvious reasons and Obama for myriad reasons which can all be summed up as: CUT THE REACHING ACROSS THE AISLE CRAP. If the next president isn't reaching across the aisle to put handcuffs on these criminal bastards then they're a total failure in my book.

Voting 'lesser of two evils' got us this current do-nothing congress. I can't stand Edwards record, but two things make me think he might stick to his current guns: (1) After 9-11 he might've just gone along with party strategy and played the political survival game--which is cowardly, but it's more forgiveable in 2002 than in 2007, and (2) he's campaign is so cut-and-dry anti-corporate that we can demand that he live up to his promises. At least he's making promises.

I really like Kucinich. He's what we need. I think he'll do the right thing, first time everytime. I'm not sure he's charismatic enough to keep the post. But I wouldn't cry if he had a shot at it.

We don't need 4 years of a placeholder while the neo-cons prepare for 2012. We need the neo-conservative movement obliterated, gone. Key leaders of the cabal need to be imprisoned. Their movement needs to be finished or we're finished.

8. Here it is.....
again. In a nutshell, when the general election comes, there will be four choices for registered voters.
1.Vote for the democrat.
2.Vote for the repug.
3.Vote third party.
4.Do not vote at all.

How much simpler could this be broken down? One is obvious to any democratic voter with two braing cells to rub together. Two is the obvious choice of an idiot. Three is idealism, that at 1%, will simply not get elected. And four is the apathetic choice of those who have given up on America, and it's road back from Bush Hell.
The only thing more disheartening, and patently rediculous is the defense of those who would argue the merits of two, three, and four in the state logical people call reality. Let's get real. I don't care if the argument for any of these on the list, excluding the obvious, and logical choice, covers a thousand pages, and breaks the arguments down to it's base, and no matter how idealistic, and honest one is in their defense, at the end of the day, the choices Democrats face will remain the same. You either vote for the Democratic nominee, or you contribute nothing at all to this countries salvation. That would exclude choice number two naturally. That choice, in my mind, would be on a par with aiding and abetting traitors. My opinion. Thanks.
