I saw a bunch of Dean bumper stickers in NH today!
I work in NH and on my way to work today I saw a lot of Dean bumper stickers. One of the cars was from Maryland and must have been up here for the holidays. There were 3 cars in a row with Dean bumper stickers on them. On the way home I saw a bunch more (different cars). I didn't see any other candidate bumper stickers at all, not even a Bush bumper sticker, which I had been seeing once in awhile. At least in my area, Dean owns NH.

5. Three of my neighbors are avid Dean supporters
One is a nurse from Cape Cod who used to really like Kerry until his IWR vote. Now she's a Dean supporter. Including me, there are 4 of us whose houses are within eyeshot of each other who are avid Dean supporters. One of the houses has a sign in their window and bumper stickers on all of their cars. The rest of us have bumper stickers. I live in Vermont right over the NH border.

9. That would be great. Here in Colorado, I only see them
occasionally. (We have them on both vehicles at our house though.)

I've seen a couple of Kucinich stickers, I think.

4. so bumper sticker counts are scientific?
If that's true, then "I Am Spending My Grandchildren's Inheritance" and "Honk If You're Horny" will be the next president of the U.S. :eyes:

6. Who the hell said they were scientific?
They're no more scientific than the online polls that show Kucinich winning. :D

13. are you the Mood Police?
When someone makes a questionable assertion based on counting BUMPER STICKERS, I have to chime in with my droll wit.

We aren't going to beat Bush with Dean, or baseless observations about BUMPER STICKERS.

I piss on this thread with my cloud. ;-)

14. LMAO!
I wish my bumperstickers were that powerful! Owning an entire state would be super cool. I'd make up a whole bunch of stickers that said "curse10" and put them on everyone's car! Then I'd own Massachusetts!

20. I've never seen even one Kerry bumper sticker
Same with Clark, Gephardt, Lieberman, Sharpton and Braun. Not a single sticker for any of them. I've seen one Kucinich sticker and several Bush/Cheney stickers. I see plenty of Dean stickers every day.

23. What part of NH were you in?
I honestly haven't seen anything from anyone other than Dean and that one Kucinich sticker. Dean has a campaign office in town, but I don't believe any of the others do. There is an overwhelming Dean presence in the Lebanon/Hanover area.

27. I live in Nashua
There is much more diversity in the signs here. I've seen plenty of Dean, Kerry, Clark, and Gephardt signs.

And yes, I own a NH Gephardt Supporter bumper sticker.

22. some people hate bumper sticker "noise"
They're all rather ugly actually, like plastering mini-billboards on one's car.

It's just so goofy to deserve further comment. Not seeing the stickers of other candidates doesn't mean the supporters aren't there.

29. It is Nice To See Public Democracy, That's All

With people posting in the past that their car was keyed or they were criticized for having a sign supporting democrats - it was nice to see some big bold displays of support for a democratic candidate.
