Can Edwards really be a VP candidate two elections in a row?
Has that ever happened before outside of an incumbent ticket? This isn't a swipe at Edwards, but doesn't he risk being pegged a career 2nd Man? I guess I see a lot of people saying Obama-Edwards and I really don't think it would happen because Edwards was the party's VP candidate last time around.

With that said, I could see an Edwards-Obama ticket (obviously, though, I want Obama).

8. Okay, that makes me dizzy with fear.
NOBODY should be optimistic about the future of this country right now, ESPECIALLY the young.

Well, god forbid our little millennials hear something unsettling.

5. I'd be okay either way, but I don't know if he'd take it again
Makes more sense to have Edwards-Obama and then Obama could run in 2016. 16 years of Democrats in the WH -- :woohoo:

6. I think Edwards regretted...
running as VP before. He has said he won't take the VP slot.

7. Sure, cause
even Adlai Stevenson ran for President 2 times in a row as a Democrat, and lost each time obviously

11. Yeah, but a VP is different than a presidential candidate.

10. I don't think the things that make Edwards attractive can play at the VP slot.
Certainly not behind a very compromising number one in Obama.

14. I think he can, and think he'd do it.
And I think Cheney has made the position of vp a joke when it shouldn't be. Thanks to the passes from the man who should never have been 'king' and the allowance of it to be 'okay'. Don't get me started.
