2. No Way Does Romney Collapse That Bad
Plus there aren't enough Fundys in NH to help The Huckster make that kind of showing...

9. Me too.
Romney comes across as pissed. Like he's too good to be questioned. Not a good image for a leader.

6. 13% of the total electorate in New Hampshire is evangelical.
That can mean up to a quarter of the Republican electorate. Huckabee gets half of that and nabs some people who just like him personally he can squeeze up to 18-19%. Romney might collapse that bad. I see a lot of evidence he is polling around 24-25% and only one poll that has him higher than that. Romney's support is soft and I think he might finish around 20%. McCain might get 37% or so. Giuliani gets 10%. Ron Paul gets 10-11%. It's all possible.

5. Wrong on the Dems, right on the Repubs. I think it will either be
Obama/Edwards/Clinton or Edwards/Obama/Clinton. Funny though, I've only seen 1 McCain sign here in SW NH. Tons of Huckabee signs and a good number of Romney signs. Also, Edwards has a sign out that says "New Hampshire Rising, the battle for the middle class is on." Interesting.

18. I'm Not An Obama Fan
Edited on Sun Jan-06-08 01:00 PM by DemocratSinceBirth
I am only predicting what will happen based on what is happening now...

It would be a major upset if Clinton or Edwards won... Barack Obama has the wind at his back and is being buoyed by a fawning press...

8. Obama-Edwards-Clinton(close third) Same as Iowa
In some polls Edwards trails Clinton by only 6 points. He's moving, especially after the strong debate performance. He will pass up Hillary, as she slides a little.

pukes:

Mcain/mitt/hucky

14. As a NH resident I predict...
D: Clinton (just barely), Obama, Edwards
R: McCain, Romney, Paul, Huckabee

I just came back from trying to see Clinton at Nashua North High School. I got there way too late -- the parking situation was insane. People were parked half a mile away and walking. Traffic was awful. There's way more enthusiasm for Clinton than I was expecting to see.

A plus or minus five point spread? We need to make this increasingly harder on you to get you into shape for Super Tuesday!

20. That's Beyond My Pay Grade
All I am doing is looking at polling averages...

The polls are all over the place now but they give us a good idea as to order...I also expect the final polls to converge...
