4. I like Edwards, I just do not think he adds much to the ticket
He does not add demographic support that might be up for grabs. and He can ot deliver any particular state.

Obama is going to need someone with Gravitas in the VP slot...SOmeone the the nation instinctively trusts. To back up the perception of inexperience. The more I look at it objectively

Four names emerge: Bob Graham (Florida, which the republicans can not when without and aforeign Policy expert); Bill Richardson (Hispaic voteres, and clear gravitas if even a campaign bufoon); Lee Hamilton (Indiana/ and the 9-11 report, blunting the argument of weakness on security issues) and Yess if Have my flame-retardent suit on (Dick Lugar (A Republican with Gravitas who is deeply concerned about the erosion of American standing in world, too old to run for president himself, and a huge signal towards taking the country in a new direction on the foriegn policy front...He would cruise to a landslide and an abslolute mandate to get out of Iraq)

3. I think our media cannot
handle having top-notch, qualified Democrats in the field. They like one on one and want to focus on a "struggle." Edwards is fantastic and that frightens them. They propel the ones they have decided upon, no matter what we think--and I think they have forgotten that we can and do think for ourselves. Members of the media have become cartoon characters.
