Divide and conquer...
...is what's happening with this media sponsored 'bash the Democrats' *debate* with its wall-to-wall television coverage. It just hurts ALL Democrats. We shouldn't stand for it...EVER!

1. I just started to lose confidence about 2008. I have never seen anything
like this Obama-Clinton media driven bash and have been around awhile. With McCain picking up support it looks like he may get the rpigs nomination and we will be weakened a lot.

2. It is getting...
...ugly...and it's still early. I think the Democrats are smart enough to tackle this...unless they keep going along like it's 'politics-as-usual'. It isn't. We have to be united until the primary...at least smartly, so the media can't manipulate things. If we just go merrily along on our way dissing each other as Democrats, all we do is hurt ourselves...because we give ammunition to the media. And they never use it to help Democrats. It makes the Republicans look like the 'sane, in-control party'.

We need to make a unified case for how WE are the best leaders for our country, and specifics on why, to the American people starting NOW. If we do that, McCain won't stand a chance. :patriot:

3. This is exactly...
what the media wanted. They got their show so grab some popcorn and enjoy the ride.

4. It is what they...
...wanted. I wish I could just enjoy the ride...but I'm in a fighting mood. :7

P. S. Wish Biden was still in the race, too. :)

5. You and Me Both...
Biden would have been difficult, if not impossible to defeat. The Republicans couldn't lay a glove on him.
