Love it or hate it, Hillary has shown some amazing skills this week
I have never been a great fan of Hillary's political skills, but we are not giving her enough credit for her recent campaigning.

Lost in the discussion of whether her "emotional moment" was fake or not was the question, "what does it mean if it was fake?" If a candidate can pull out a win when the chips are down with play-acting, that's solid politics. (The sort of shameless political skill one expects from Bill, but not from Hillary.)

And her MTP performance yesterday was one dagger after another, all beneath a school marm demeanor. (And when she lies, she is calmer than when she tells the truth.)

Even if she's an evil sack of crap, she would be a ferocious general election candidate. Against a Republican, where she doesn't have to pull punches, she would be a terror.

2. I think her desperation is showing. And hiding behind Bill makes her look weak.

3. Hillary blew me away on MTP
I noticed an Obama supporter also admitted she had a great performance. She was stunning. Hillary is hitting her stride with impeccable timing.

Same old Bush "No comment in ongoing case" shenanigans

Yeah she was stunning...stunningly familiar.
Isn't 8 years of this enough?

10. It was expecially great...
when she avoided the question about whether Obama had better judgment than she did pre-Iraq war. Even though the Obama quote cited exactly what happened in Iraq... she managed to totally NOT answer the question. Go Hillary.

Your post is disingenuous, dishonest, and insulting at at every turn. This is the kind of garbage that is hurting Democrats at the moment.

19. I have no intention of rewarding what you refer to as "amazing skills"
which is really a euphemism for gutter politics that you are okay with when utilized by "your side."

22. Didn't your own candidate ask you to tone down the hyperbole?
http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0108/Obama_putting_out_the_fire.html

"Obama said he wants to send 'a strong signal to my own supporters that let’s try to focus on the work that needs to get done. If I hear my own supporters engaging in talk that I think is ungenerous or misleading or unfair, I will speak out forcefully against it....' "

23. About 50% didn't like Al Gore either.
Hillary is none of the evil things that the media has brainwashed the mindless to accept. If you can read, think, and remember you wouldn't fall for that crap. Too many people the Dems respect voted as she did for the IWR. She is the Senator from NY where the 9/11 attack took place. Should she not be a Senator with an opinion, even if it does not agree with our own? Given all the information she had she made a decision. Obama was not in the Senate to make that decision. He has since voted for many of the same legilation that HC has on Iraq. Our level of debate should be directed at the Republican candidate who is likely to be McCain who said that even knowing what he knows today, his decision would have been to go after Saddam. That is the person we need to oppose. We will likely see him in the GE and HC will be in a better position to confront him, since she did vote with the patriotic hawks, than any of the other candidates except maybe Edwards.
