2. I can't find a thing on their web sites.
This is really important.

What about the illegal wiretapping, signing statements, torture, etc.?

What have they said?

3. Hand it over?
I know Obama said he would restore habeas and close gitmo. That is a step. One of 1,000+ to take. Every executive order should be repealed.

4. I did find this:
Senator Hillary Clinton said yesterday that if she is elected president, she intends to roll back President Bush's expansion of executive authority, including his use of presidential signing statements to put his own interpretation on bills passed by Congress or to claim authority to disobey them entirely.

"I think you have to restore the checks and balances and the separation of powers, which means reining in the presidency," Clinton told the Boston Globe's editorial board.

5. And this:
Barack Obama: President must abide by international human rights treaties.
Barack Obama: Bad idea to over-classify information.
Barack Obama: Bush's signing statements are a clear abuse of prerogative.
Barack Obama: No presidential power for secret surveillance.
Barack Obama: No holding US citizens as unlawful enemy combatants.
Barack Obama: Congress decides what constitutes torture, not president.
Barack Obama: No torture; defiance of FISA; no military commissions.
Barack Obama: Congress decides deployment level & duration, not president.
Barack Obama: No action against Iran without Congressional authorization.
