I can personally attest to the brilliance of

Many an hour, I read his reserve materials (behind our desk) during lulls. Unlike a lot of professors, who could barely be bothered to put one set of reserve materials on file, he always showed consideration for his students, and supplied us with multiple sets, for his students' benefit.
I just saw a commercial in which Professor Tribe endorses Obama, speaking of his grasp of the issues, and how he applies his formidable intellect in real - and meaningfully progressive - ways.

For me, personally, Tribe's is the most salient endorsement yet.

P.S. Over the years, his co-research with other professors on corporate law has been a continuing and ongoing source of new material to help fight the good fight in the corporate governance arena.
