Obama won't win in November without hispanics and white women.

Hillary won't win in November without blacks and the younger voters.

The superdelegates will force a Clinton-Obama ticket. Just watch for it.

1. I don't think so
I doubt Obama would ever agree to being VP. God I hope not. Why would he want to tie himself to the Clintons? They represent everything he's fought against his whole career.

Let Hillary run against McCain on her own. She will lose and McCain will be a 1 term president.

6. tell that to Dean
Dean Screams (Calmly) for an “Arrangement”

DNC topper says delegate deadlock is dodo: ”We’re going to have to get the candidates together and make some kind of an arrangement. Because I don’t think we can afford to have a brokered convention.”

3. That's what I'm thinking.
I hate the prospect of losing out on either one of their respective supporters. They each have unique strengths and bring a diverse population to the Democratic Party.

If it stays tight, and gets brokered, they have no where else to go. They can't pick one or the other if it's split. And they SURE AS HELL can't pick someone else.

Now, Who's on top?

10. Riiiiight
Like what happened with Clinton's last VP....whose political career was forever tainted by his association with the Clintons.

Barack needs to stay as far away from those corrupt, triangulating Clintons as possible. I will lose so much respect for him and be crushed if he accepts a VP position or has her on his ticket in any form.

Gore also ran a campaign to the right
Lieberman as a VP, running to the right lost the base vote and created voter apathy. Plus he didn't have the Clintons campaign for him!

Gore's campaign may have been even worse than Kerrys.

18. We'll
have to agree to disagree on that. I think what ultimately cost him the presidency was his association with the Clintons.

I don't want Obama to go down that road. And why should he be her VP anyway? He is much more experienced and accomplished than she is.

20. Right - Let's Wait Until Barack Becomes A Wash D.C. Insider And .......
is corrupted by the experience - so he can run as one of them. Let's wait until he has people to grant him favors and favors to grant. Good thinking - Let's make him one of us - then we can accept him. (sarcasm)

8. Don't think so
I think an important number of Obama supporters wouldn't go for that and that would hurt Obama's political chances down the road.

A certain number of black folks (me included) would lose some respect for Obama if he agreed to be Clinton's VP.

16. If that is the ticket, it will make it easier fo me to vote for Hillary
in November. It would keep Obama inside Washington too for a future run if he should lose to Hillary. However, my understanding is that she has someone else in mind.
