let's look at the actual campaign strategy, not commentary, editorials, opinions shall we?

The outlines of a strategy are becoming visible. Obama and his surrogates will operate under the assumption that the more aggressive Hillary Clinton campaigns, the more outbursts Bill Clinton has, the more voters in interior red and purple states will find the Clintons off-putting and that the negative feelings will obscure the Clinton mantra that only she (and he) can stand up and protect their interests.

Advisers believe that the more the Clintons poke at Obama, the more sympathetic he becomes,

2. Well, he said Morgan Freeman has been God before him, so, you're on to something
It's not a new strategy, but the threads accusing Hillary of "playing the victim card" are multiplying, so I thought it's relevant.
And can we please not use RW memes with those "cards", please?

3. Interesting how MSNBC & al MSM played from this book - almost like campaign surrogates
"Almost" because they are only "fellow travellers"

4. "Sometimes I can't tell who I'm running against."
After that self-serving statement and backhanded attack by Barack, and another uproar due to harsh attention on Bill's comments, Bill faded a bit into the background, as well he should.

But right on the eve of Super Tuesday, what does Barack's campaign do? They send out a flyer decrying Bill Clinton's presidential record!

Well, I laid my head on the railroad track
Waiting on the Double E
I'm a Chicago pol, and my name is Barack
Poor poor pitiful me

Poor poor pitiful me
Vote for pitiful me
Mean ol' Clintons won't let me be
But I'm an angel, you see
Whoa oh whoa is me.
