1. Of course I'm biased, but who doesn't think that the pictures of these two
together, which were on the news yesterday, was some of the most exciting and charismatic coverage of the campaign that we've seen since Super Tuesday?

2. They look great together, but Kerry and Clark look great, too.
I think the majority of Democrats would be happy with either Clark or Edwards as VP.

10. About 44% of southern super tuesday voters said they'd be happiest with
Edwards, and that was almost double the second place finisher, former daughter-in-law of the south, Hil Clinton, and way ahead of sons of the south, Clark and Graham.

27. Yes - I would
this will take some real heavy duty analyzing. Both would be strong VP candidates for different reasons. I'm sure both will be invited for a cabinet position. We need an extremely strong team to fix what has been done to this country and this world in a very short amount of time.

3. Kerry and whoever he picks
Will look so much more sophisticated and respectable than the resident and his puppet master.

Kerry and Edwards look so great hear and this picture with their good intentioned smiles makes me have hope. No more smirks No more smirks!

6. i think it's mostly just playing around and having fun
other pictures of kerry and edwards together show them doing the whole smiling and pointing thing also. i'm not sure what it means, but i think it's just having fun. it could also be an "i see you" message to people who are waving and cheering them.

13. Look at the contrast between Kerry in your avatar
and Kerry with Edwards. I'll say it again. Edwards really brings out the warm, appealing, optimistic side of Kerry.

Just picture Kerry/Gephardt together. That image in my mind seems old, stolid, dour.

Kerry/Ewards- hope, energy, warmth, future.

15. Read somewhere there were Kerry/Edwards bumperstickers in JK's HQ in DC
A interesting little tidbit, for what it is worth.

24. Even if it's true..
And I don't know that it is, anyone on the staff (with an obvious preference) could have had them printed up.

(No, I'm not stumping for a Clark VP if that's what you think.)

23. Edwards learned a lesson early
In the south you are taught to look people in the eye and smile,it would make thing easier, make people feel better about themselves and make you feel better

I think this came in to being because we are thickly populated in the south.. If you look into a Blackman's face and smile, the smile he usually returns, will make your day... I think Carter,Clinton and now Edwards has benefited from this thing they learned early in life.

Edwards looks up at Kerry and brings out the personality, that Kerry, sometimes neglects to show.. I think the hiding of Kerry's personality was instilled in him early in life, I see him as poised and cautious. But with a huge soft heart.

11. I'd bet 100 bucks he's pointing at a photographer who spent every day
following him for months, but he hasn't seen since his concession speech on the Thursday after Super Tuesday.

12. Who could beat these two?
See how Kerry's face just lights up around Edwards. Edwards brings out Kerry's warmth, optimism and natural smile. Kerry/Edwards is a ticket of youth, energy, optimism, the future. We need this dynamic duo. Between them they could bring 16 years of Democratic rule in the White House.

20. Another observation
Kerry standing with his hand on Edwards shoulder: In that picture Kerry looks like the experienced, steady mentor to a younger less experienced Edwards. Not only does Edwards help bring out the warmer, more appealing side of Kerry, Edwards youthful energy highlights Kerry's experience and steadiness.

7. The two seem to genuinely like and respect each other...
I think most of us can pick up on subconcious cues from photographs...tenseness of the jaw, a certain look in the eyes, etc...that let us know how the subjects feel about each other.

i see nothing but genuine smiles and respect. And I think this is what makes them look like a good team.

What an incredible team they make...and it doesn't hurt that they look so attractive and sexy! These guys are winner. By comparison Bush/Cheney looks like an old fart with his idiot son.

9. genuine...
That's exactly how I see it...they look very comfortable together. Edwards illuminates Kerry - it's a casting coup!!! Kerry should stay with that tie color...blue is good for him... He needs to change those tattersall (sp) shirts too for his townhall events...denim shirt would be better... Blue, John, blue!!!

14. I am daring to get my hopes up.
Edwards was my choice for Prez. Ok, Kerry took it, and now looks like he will do a great job. Having Edwards as VP would make me very happy.
What a combo! Is that knees clacking in fear that I hear coming from Washington?
