I haven't heard that either the Clintons or Obama are standing up for Paper Ballots
and Paper Trails for the votes in the '08 Elections.

If any of you have found either Campaign talking about this...News Clips, Campaign Websites...then Please Post!

I did hear a speech by Bill Clinton in Texas on CNN saying that Texas is half Caucus and Half Vote Count and he was urging Caucus Voters to to back to their site with their "paper receipt" of how they voted.

 who knows what that was all about.

1. We haven't had an election yet. These are primaries & caucuses
and not all of 'em are private votes. And candidates shouldn't wade into the technical issue of election machinery while they're participants - it's not a partisan issue.

2. Clinton has introduced
the Count Every Vote act which:

Provides a paper trail for every vote cast.
Designates Election Day as a national holiday.
Allows same-day registration.
Minimizes long lines at the polls.
Makes sure that impartial officials administer our elections.
Allows the attorney general to bring suit against anyone using deceptive practices (like distributing flyers with incorrect information about voter eligibility) to keep voters from voting.
Helps states invest in better voting technology.

We have the choice of the same old thing or the same old thing.

No change is coming.
