Does anyone know who is doing state-by-state polling nationwide?
As we learned in 2000, the electoral college chooses the president (more like the Supreme Court, but nevermind). Are any polling outfits doing a state-by-state tracking poll? When I hear that someone is up or down 2 points nationwide it is meaningless. The numbers per state are what count.
