When is Kerry getting back from his vacation?
There are some things he really needs to do with Lieberman and Biden. He can't let them be the voice of the party when he is the nominee.

2. Give him a friggin' break
Its gonna be a non-stop marathon as soon as vacation is over. Hopefully it'll be another 4 1/2 years before he gets to go skiing again!

3. I think Kerry is working his ass off right now with administrative crap
that is not newsworthy, or is better kept unsaid. They are shifting strategy from winning the nomination to winning the election. They must calculate the Bush* strategy and formulate their own. If they just rush into every decision, they'll crash fast. You can't wing it. He needs a machine that constatnly supports his message, and, above all, he needs a GREAT message...one that has ANSWERS to our problems...ALL of them. So, like Reagan's wood-chopping, Bush fishing in Kennibunkport, Clinton (where'd he go?), Bush^ in Crawford avoiding horses, the message is that Kerry is on vacation, snow skiing.

I for one say he's recovering from a challenging primary season with some R and R, and he is also transitioning to his plans for the general election. If the Republicans want to start early, fine. Kerry's plans have, I hope, already been formulated and are undergoing challenging revisions at all times to deal with their opposition's negative barbs.

Kerry should not be expected to have to react to every situation everytime a Repub brings it up. I believe he will do a great job campaigning, but Kerry needs our support, not our criticism.

I believe that other outlets, such as Bloggers and the internet, have developed a voice that can be used to counter a lot of the Republican's misinformation system and free Kerry a bit to stay on message. We can all help in this regard. We keep each other informed, and we keep on message. The long-haul ahead for Kerry is a long haul for us as well.

Pony up, folks. I'm determined to win this election! I hope all of you are also.

Keo
