My only problem with Clinton's "experience counts" strategy
Is how she reverses course against the more experienced McCain if she wins the nomination. It seems like a self-defeating strategy in the long run because McCain will not hold his opponent's "youth and inexperience against them"

This is one of the reasons I support Obama, he's been ready to run against more experienced opponents since day 1.

:D

1. Hillary's problem is that she is under the cloud of "Bill"
It's really his experience she is touting/channeling as her own. That puts her at a great disadvantage. We will have woman as president, but she must emerge like Obama as a fresh entity, not the same old, same old.

3. K&R
to OP and follow-up posts which say it all.

I am waiting for ONE newspaper, media person to call her out on what her experience consists of if you take away 20 years as First Lady! Hey look at Laura Bush's 16 years, Nancy Reagan's 16 years, Roslyn Carter's 12 years...

5. It sounds like if someone is married to a professional, it qualifies them.
If a spouse is say married to a doctor, does that qualify the spouse to go into a medical practice?

6. My problem is that
if somebody's running a campaign based on experience, the experience should be theirs.
