Digg loves Obama but hates Hillary, Why?
The number of positive articles about Obama on Digg's front page against the number of positive articles about Hillary: 1024 to 0

Hehehehehhe why? I made that number up btw but it seems like a good ball park figure.

1. Why did the New Coke marketing campaign fail?
I keep having to bring this analogy up.

4. Did the new Coke actually sell like crazy then fall off?
Or did it just fail after the campaign for it with low sales? I honestly don't know.

5. It's a rhetorical question asked to freshman marketing students
"Why did the New Coke marketing campaign fail?"

They scramble for all different market penetration / demographic reasons, etc.

The answer is,

"It failed because people don't like New Coke."

Similarly, a majority of negative stories about one candidate does not imply bias. Often, it implies the opposite.

2. Obama has strong netroots support, Hillary does not.
It would follow that Digg users would be more for Obama than Hillary.

9. Here's one theory I came up with
Edited on Sat Mar-01-08 05:59 PM by aaroh
Obama has about 65% of the young suporters age between 18-29 and 35% goes to Hillary
The percentage of internet users age below 29 is > than ages 30-99 (most of hillary's supporters)

So in conclusion for every positive article about Hillary that gets 1 dig comes 2 buries
