Hillary's "35 Years Of Experience" Argument...
How does it stack up against McCain's experience? That's what he's arguing, that he has the longest and the best experience to be president. Obama says it's about his judgement, but she isn't able to use that contention, since she voted to authorize the Iraq war just as McCain did.

How do the Hillary supporters here counter his argument? Just curious.

3. She counts every year since she graduated from law school.

By contrast, if you count just the years accountable to the public as an elected official, then Obama actually has more years of experience than she does.

2. She seems to think she has that covered
“He (McCain) will put forth his lifetime of experience. I will put forth my lifetime of experience. Sen. Obama will put forth a speech he made in 2002,” she told reporters aboard her plane.

4.  McCain has no experience in an executive office
I know Obama supporters don't buy it, but I do buy that Clinton's experience as first lady of Arkansas and first lady of the U.S. count for experience. Clinton has a long life of public service working for women and children. Obama just isn't old enough to be able to say he has as much experience.

7. McCain would never have chosen this career
http://guerillawomentn.blogspot.com/2008/02/hillarys-accomplishments.html

When Reagan was President, Hillary was Chairman of the Legal Services corporation - legal services for the poor. In a head-to-head battle with the President, she successfully fought Reagan off when he tried to shift $300 million legal services to defense spending.

In Arkansas Hillary ran the University of Arkansas's legal aid and prison projects; reformed Arkansas' education system; instituted a model parent education program; created new scholarships for single parents; and expanded medical facilities in Arkansas' poorest areas.

As First Lady Hillary helped create the State Children's Health Insurance Program; spearheaded efforts to double child care spending, dramatically expand Head Start, and create Early Head Start; and expanded the federal after school program to a $1 billion formula

13. Whatever McCain says or does is irrelevent
He is running on Bushes economic policies advocating a thousand year Iraq war, he has rendered himself irrelevent either way.

17. If Hillary beats Obama b/c of experience, then logically, McCain should beat her as well
All McCain would have to do is use Clinton's attacks on Obama on her.
