Congressman King, wouldn't that be a good thing? I mean, if the bad guys decided that they had won, what further reason would they have to go around planting bombs or performing other acts of terrorism? In fact, I think you're on to something. Let's all declare the Al Qua-da has achieved victory and can now disband. That should work at least as well as invading Iraq did!
