The visible people of all colors, religions, sexes: We are Obama
and uhh, we're actually the majority, thats why we have more states, votes, and delegates.

I really don't like getting into insultfests with Hillary supporters, there's too much on here of that already, but the post I'm making fun of seems kind of insulting to the many women (including the MAJORITY of young women, African American woman)who support Obama, no?

5. The whole point of the other post
was that white educated elite women had a duty to vote for Hillary (and that they were invisible or something, like Ralph Ellison's character in invisible man-who was incidentally not a white educated elite woman). Besides why do you assume the posters socio economic status? Are psychics now checking in?

6. I failed to admit I drive a Prius and drink lattes and have a master's degree.
I've always thought this meant I was well read, cared about the environment and didn't like strong coffee but I guess I was destined to support Sen (future President) Obama! :eyes:

16. Haha!
You're so right. It's always "black people" or "women." It might shock the media to know that many are both! At the same time! gasp!

But We.Are.Here and we are women for OBAMA.:bounce:

This African American woman has a Masters and a Mercedes, not bragging but because they wanted to define us, I thought I would help them out.

Bet they still want to call me African American without a label for my Sex.

Oops, don't like latte, but like Red wine.

Oh and where do they place African American woman like me that love and have friends in all racial groups, sexual preference and economic levels?

I love Rodney King's words...."Can't we all get along!"

10. You're right - I thought that post was insulting to women as well.
And the entire thread was rather contradictory - proclaiming the vast voting power of women (read: Hillary-supporters) without seeming to explain why many of them are voting for Obama instead. It was completely nonsensical.

BTW, white man here, Obama supporter.

17. 33 Caucasion Woman, Married with 2 little ones - Trying to build a business from home.
And 150% for Obama.

My 4yo has seen so many speeches and outtakes, that when you ask him what Obama says, he repeats, "YES WE CAN... Fired Up, Ready to Go". And asks to have his Obama button put on every morning. He also sits down to watch KO everynight before going to bed. I love my little progressive

21. white female, age 56 (almost)and
besides, Obama had a black father, a white mother, an Indonesian step-father and American/Indonesian step-sister who married an Oriental Canadian. Now, talk about a melting pot. That's why we need him.

Don't believe all that "older white woman" vote for Hillary. I don't think it is all true. Just look on this thread.....

23. You should vote for the best candidate
Race and gender can be things you notice, but not deciding factors.
