Is that a false claim? NO, it's not. She "...joined forces with members of Congress..." and the rest of the article supports that claim.

Then the Anti-Hillary quotes come from Who? A REPUBLICAN! Orrin G. Hatch! Do I respect or take the word of a Republican in a Campaign year? No, I don't.
