Chaney desecrates Westminster College yesterday
The small College in Fulton, Missouri. In the Church brought from England that marks the spot of the Churchill Iron Curtain speech. The College invites dignitaries to speak there. Pork Chop used the occasion for a full scale attack on Senator Kerry, which apparently appalled the College officials.

5. Forgive my dumbness, but how do you hook links in this forum?
Not much of an IT person. I find one of the most useful parts of reading DU is all the links to facts and information that it would take me hours to find. But I don't know how to do it or share it with others myself.

7. Not only Westminster College
But his excursion into the wilds of Mid Mo also fucked up things between Fulton and Columbia. His motorcade from the Columbia Regional Airport to Fulton halted traffic on I-70, Hwy 63, and Hwy 54. My wife works at Westminster and was virtually a prisoner in her office for a few hours. Tried to go out and grab a smoke, but the SS said that the entire area was secure, and she couldn't go out.

Fletcher Lamkin, the President of Westminster, is a former Brigadier General, dean at West Point, and friend of Cheney. This is the second time that he has invited Cheney to speak at Westminster. It also might be his last too. From the grapevine around campus(and the expression on Mr. Lamkin's face), Mr Lamkin was none too happy that Cheney turned a speech that was to be dignified and non-political into a rah rah campaign speech that bashed Kerry. Local news reports are also stating that a Kerry invite is soon to be in the offing. Hopefully none of the Bushco people will be back for a long while.
