State Polls: Kerry with 204 electoral, Bush with 174.
Rather, Ali pointed to various polls in the so-called "battleground states" that continue to give Kerry an overall electoral edge. The National Journal's daily Hotline, for example, reported Friday that the latest state polls showed Kerry ahead in 13 states with a combined tally of 204 electoral votes, while Bush was leading in 16 states worth 174 electoral votes.

2. If true, be prepared for a mudslide and preparation of the BBV machines.
It is SUPER IMPORTANT WE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STUPID MACHINES. In my state it really does not matter (Kansas); it will not go to a Democrat; but in the vital states we must do something.

4. I heard something interesting from an American ambassador
I didn't see the whole interview, so I missed this guy's name...All I heard was that he was an Ambassador to somewhere...Canada A.M.'s reporter in Washington for P.M. Martin's visit with Bush was talking to him and the Ambassador said...(Not exact quotes, but close as I can remember)... "I wish I didn't have to say this, because I'm a Republican, but there's a good chance Bush won't be re-elected. He has surrounded himself with zealots who don't know anything about the part of the world where they launched their war, which I was against from the beginning. They don't know what they are doing or how to get out of it. They have run up a huge bill for the American people..It's a shambles"....This man (wish I knew his name) seemed resigned to Bush losing....

7. Polls are looking up
Good. If the trend continues for over a month that will mean the worm has turned a bit which would be good.
