She expects Obama to disown Wright, but she was just fine staying with Bill after he cheated on her.
What an opening she gives people with her hypocritical, horrid, rotten, invocation of the Rev. Wright matter. She says we can choose our pastors but not our parents, etc., so she would have disowned Wright had she been in Obama's shoes. (How SLICK !!) Well, Slick Hilly, you could have chosen to DIVORCE your husband (yes, you can CHOOSE your spouse) when he screwed around on you time and time and time again. So don't go judging Obama over the very few comments of an otherwise well respected AA preacher whom YOUR HUSBAND invited to the White House. The are COMPLEX personal relationships, as you well know. MANY other women would have left a multiple-cheater husband. That would have been their CHOICE. It wasn't yours. DO NOT JUDGE BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO CREDIBILITY TO DO SO !

I think you could have made this point in a manner that would have turned on some lightbulbs in people's heads had they not been put on the defensive immediately by the derisive, confrontational tone that you chose to write in.

5. A serial adulterer for a husband. Unlike Hilly, I would have walked out on his cheating a**.
What message does that give to young girls? I sure as hell would not ever again have unprotected (diseases) with him. Bill Clinton has a history of adultery - that's a problem.

HRC has no ground for touting her self-righteous side especially when it comes to morality.

33. saying "GD America" as a motivator to
influence the thinking of many, encourage activism and carry the message further.

vs a violation of vows in a private 2-person relationship. An act that needs resolution in the context of the relationship - and is no one's business except the couple.

Any DUer who uses the term Slick Hilly ought to be gone. Hillary has plenty of faults to pick on. The fact that she and Bill managed to work through their problems and remain together is definitely NOT one of them. Repeating (modified) RW insults adds nothing whatsoever to the public discourse here at DU. I think Rush Limpballs would be very proud of you.

"The Christian view that all intercourse outside marriage is immoral was, as we see in the... passages from St. Paul, based upon the view that all sexual intercourse, even within marriage, is regrettable. A view of this sort, which goes against biological facts, can only be regarded by sane people as a morbid aberration. The fact that it is embedded in Christian ethics has made Christianity throughout its whole history a force tending towards mental disorders and unwholesome views of life."

Hillary has dragged down the debate in this race for the nomination. This race has gone on too long, and because they were losing, Hillary and her surrogates have done too much to drag it into the mud. This post is where this race is and it is here because of Hillary Clinton.

Hillary and her surrogates and supporters cannot cry foul on this kind of a post now. I mean, they can, but it would be just another obvious case of pot..kettle.

It would be the centerpiece of the Republican campaign. They would replay clips from that time and ask if Americans want this in the White House again. It would be a killer for the Democrats and would probably drag down congressional candidates as well.
