After looking at the recent trend in P.A, I have come to believe that Clinton will lose the nomination almost for sure.

I don't think Clinton can close the gap on the popular vote, this race is right, no one is going to make enough big margin to win the nomination without th support of superelegates. That also means Clinton will be most likely behind in the total delegate counts AND the popular vote on June 3.

I think Obama will win the nomination.

Most of us were suggesting that it would be a welcome change for you to treat others with a modicum of the respect that you loudly demand for yourself.

Respect intelligent, informed opinions. One must work for respect and uninformed 'opinions' should be relegated to the trash bin.

3. I agree. I think Obama's Swiftboating of the Clintons was too successful to bounce back from.
Voters are wising up to Obama's fairy tale. But it's probably too late for our Party to recover and nominate the good person, Hillary, instead of the good product, Obama.

24. Good lord. Again? Here:
The Obama Camp's memo plotting to Swiftboat the Clintons:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/01/12/obama-camps-memo-on-clin_n_81205.html
----------
http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2008/jan/15/debate-transcript/
RUSSERT: In terms of accountability, Senator Obama, Senator Clinton on Sunday told me that the Obama campaign had been pushing this storyline. And, true enough, your press secretary in South Carolina — four pages of alleged comments made by the Clinton people about the issue of race.

In hindsight, do you regret pushing this story?

OBAMA: Well, not only in hindsight, but going forward. I think that, as Hillary said, our supporters, our staff get overzealous. They start saying things that I would not say. And it is my responsibility to make sure that we’re setting a clear tone in our campaign, and I take that responsibility very seriously, which is why I spoke yesterday and sent a message in case people were not clear that what we want to do is make sure that we focus on the issues.

Now, there are going to be significant issues that we debate, and some serious differences that we have.

OBAMA: And I’m sure those will be on display today.

What I am absolutely convinced of is that everybody here is committed to racial equality — has been historically. And what I also expect is that I’m going to be judged as a candidate in terms of how I’m going to be improving the lives of the people in Nevada and the people all across the country, that they are going to ultimately be making judgments on can I deliver on good jobs at good wages; can I make sure that our home foreclosure crisis is adequately dealt with; are we going to be serious about retirement security; and are we going to have a foreign policy that makes us safe.

If I’m communicating that message, then I expect to be judged on that basis. And if I’m not, then I expect to be criticized on that basis. That’s the kind of campaign that we want to run and that we have run up until this point.

RUSSERT: Do you believe this is a deliberate attempt to marginalize you as the black candidate?

OBAMA: No.

6. It is an insult to John Kerry to characterize swiftboating happened.
I think the term swiftboating should be retired to history -- the boats who went through the Mekong Delta and something awful and sinister that happened to John Kerry in 2004.

16. You just don't get it. Did Hillary serve in wartime and then have her service disparaged?
If not, she has not been swiftboated. The term is being overused. I haven't a clue what you are talking about in this campaign, but nothing has been done to Hillary like was done to John Kerry. Your use of the word is incorrect and inaccurate.

28. Really? Has Obama formed an organization to prove the Clintons are racist?
Did he start an ad campaign about how racist they are? Did his surrogates establish a 527 "action committee?" An interview on 60 minutes? A documentary?

More than one Clinton surrogate has suggested that Obama is an affirmative action candidate, whose only qualification is race. What is that? Slowboating? Should this get a pass?

I don't support either candidate and this is how I see things...

Obama is ahead and I believe he will win it.. Since he has not reached that magic number, the primary will be allowed to continue...

I believe that Clinton should be given the opportunity to finish, since she has invested so much time, energy, and money into her campaign....
