2. Then try H2O Man's recommendation(s):
(1) Nominated/recommended!

(2) Picture Obama taking the oath as you sing this song by Beatle George:

Here comes the sun, here comes the sun,
and I say it's all right

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it's all right

Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it's all right

Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...

Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been clear
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun,
and I say it's all right
It's all right

6. I had a flash of a International Peace Summit in Iceland at the
Imagine Peace Tower about a month ago.

How cool would that be. . .?

". . .you can say that I'm a dreamer. . .but I'm not the only one. . ."

12. It will be very Kool
I think that it will be a lot of work to address all the problems this nation and
what the world faces.

His Presidency will make his campaign seem like it was moving at a snail's pace.
McCain would be taking naps while Obama would be working 14 hour days.

5. Okay & thanks
I kind of always liked Richie Havens' cover of it though.

He was just so passionate about it.

LOL

11. It is.
My son has a boxed set of "rare" Tosh recordings. Things like an acoustic version of his song "Get Up, Stand Up" (he wrote the lyrics, Marley the music).

15. Funny story. . .
I had a friend who had a crush on a blond guy with dreads who cooked on a wok on a nearby wharf attached to a local restaurant.

My friend wanted me to spy on him for her to determine whether or not he had a girlfriend.

So I dutifully went and got a glass of wine and sat on his wharf shooting the breeze.

He was blasting Marley on his boom box, singing at the top of his lungs. He knew all the lyrics.

I foolishly inquired of him, "Were you even born before Marley died?"

He succinctly responded, "Well, I was born long after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart died but I can still appreciate his music.

He was right and it was a dumb question for me to ask.

I explained that I wasn't pulling rank but thinking how interesting it was that many of my nieces and nephews gravitate to music created around the time they were born. I thought it was intriguing.

He proceeded to rip off his T shirt and leap into the harbor.

He totally cracked me up. I never figured out if he had a girlfriend, but he was so funny, I'm fairly sure he did.

22. I never say "if Obama wins" I say "when Obama wins."
I never say that Clinton might get the nomination, I never say that McCain could possibly win, I never even think it. I'm focused on the right and best thing for our country:

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA!

30. I've been having that vision ever since he won Maryland and VA
Seriously. I can visualize Obama in a camel coat taking the Oath of Office, with Michelle holding the Bible, and the girls in matching pink coats. Chimpy is there stewing.

I try to visualize McSame or HRC taking the oath, and it doesn't come through. All I get with HRC is a mental picture of her at Bill's inauguration. I don't see McSame taking the oath at all.

Will Obama have to say his middle name at the ceremony??? Every one in living memory has.

36. Hussein was the name of the King of Jordan who was much beloved
and one of our primary allies.

It is a very common name in that part of the world and means "handsome."

It would neutralize a whole lot of anti American sentiment in the Muslim world.

Please consider looking at the bigger picture.

thanks
