I saw my first Kerry bumper sticker today
on an SUV, no less. I haven't been seeing very many bumper stickers at all - only the occasional Anybody but Bush stickers, and lots of flag stickers. This car had a Kerry sticker on the left end, and a Gregoire sticker on the right end. I was happy to finally see one.

1. I am counting the number Shrub 04 stickers I have seen...
In the past four months, I have seen only one. I have seen more Kerry stickers. Though surprisingly in this campaign very people are putting any stickers on their cars. Mine has a Kerry... :)

2. In a way it's scary
how few Kerry bumper stickers are out there.

3. Maybe people are waiting
for him to pick a VP, so they can get one with both names. I wonder how many I'll see after he makes that choice.

4. I saw one on an RV a few weeks back
and another one in Xenia, OH. but since January, I haven't seen but 1 bush/cheney '04 sticker.

5. I have seen
Bush/Cheney 04 stickers, although not too many yet. And I've seen one Bush/Cheney 1984 sticker.

Support Our Troops and God Bless America stickers are ubiquitous, of course. But various anti-administration stickers are likewise common, as were anti-war ones a year ago.

Right now my car is sporting No More Bushit and War and Greed are not Christian.

6. Bush/Cheney 1984
Great bumpersticker but I wonder how many people would misread it?

8. I commute to downtown Seattle from the eastside on I90

And I have noticed a surprising number of Kerry stickers. I say surprising because the eastside is generally regarded as pretty GOP. Several times people have honked and done the thumbs up sign in response to my kerry sticker. But I usually see at two or three on the way in.

9. My bumper sticker count in my corporate parking garage
4 this morning in the first four floors (I usually park on 4).

No Bush/Cheney (though lots of luxury cars).

My parking garage attendant squealed at the sight of my John Kerry button the other day so I took it off my sweater and gave it to her.

I've ordered 20 more buttons and bumper stickers from http://www.kerrygear.com (they're not that expensive) so I can give them to people who appreciate them.

10. In this Republican suburb of Portland, Or, I've seen about a dozen
Kerry bumperstickers versus 2 Bush/Cheney. Also, the only yard signs I've seen here are Kerry signs. This is Lake Oswego or as everyone else calls this place "Lake Ego". Lots of money here and very Republican.......

11. I'm in Southeast Texas,
and this morning I saw my first Bush/Cheney '04 sticker. On a pickup. So I made sure to get in front of him at the next red light so he could read my Kerry sticker, my "Regime Change Starts at Home" and my "Save America - Recall Bush." :-)
