Listed above each set of results is the name of the 2000 winner in a given state, the organization that conducted the poll, the dates, the number interviewed, whether it was adults, registered voters (RV) or likely voters (LV) and the margin of error (MoE). Results may not total 100 percent because of rounding.


CONNECTICUT (Gore won by 17.5 percentage points)

Quinnipiac University, May 26-June 1, 1,350 RV, MoE +/-3

John Kerry (news - web sites), 46 percent

George W. Bush, 36 percent

Ralph Nader (news - web sites), 8 percent

Undecided, 10 percent

by why are you posting a yahoo story from last Friday? Both of those polls have been discussed on DU.

Also, keep in mind Gore's margin in Connecticut was obviously helped by having Lieberman on the ticket.
