Simple question: Which campaign has more cash on hand??
I've read the articles about the fund raising totals. All of them say that Kerry raised more money than Bush did during the most recent reporting period, but that Bush has raised considerably more overall. But hasn't the Bush campaign spent a lot more money than the Kerry campaign? I'm surprised that none of the articles have focused on which campaign currently has more money in the bank. If I had so guess, I'd say the campaigns were pretty close to parity.

1. I think I remember hearing that Bush had double

The latest from CNN.com has Bush up 71-28 million.

on hand. I don't know about Kerry.

I just read the link that said 71-28, but keep in mind that Kerry's $28mil only has last him until the end of July, whereas *'s $71mil has to last until his September convention.

5. Per opensecrets.org, Bush had $109.5 mill to Kerry's $28.6 mill.

But those figures date back to the May 20th reports. Presumably gap is not currently as great.
