Lou Dobbs to cover voting rally, Dean on Randi Rhodes today.
I posted this in GD, but it keeps dropping. I think it is just great Lou Dobbs is covering this event. It really is not getting any publicity to speak of. This event is also along with MoveOn, Verified Voting, and a couple of other groups I forgot.

Governor Dean will be a guest on Air America's "Randi Rhodes Show" today around 3:45 pm:
http://airamericaradio.com/pub/prg4about.htm

Also: CNN's "Lou Dobbs Tonight" is scheduled to attend a coalition rally in Washington, D.C. with Rep. Rush Holt (D-NJ) and members of D.C for Democracy. Following the rally, Democracy for America's "Count Every Vote" petition will be delivered to members of the House Administration Committee. Rep. Holt will join Lou Dobbs between 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm EST to explain legislation he proposed that would require paper audit trails on electronic voting machines prior to the November 2004 election.

At last count over 125,000 had signed DFA's petition for verified voting....and yes, it calls for paper ballots. This is the organization which formed from Dean's campaign. D.C. for Democracy is the state level group.

1. Hooray for LOU DOBBS
This man is a friend to democracy and is the most influential broadcaster on today, IMHO. He is sincere and informed and obviously puts country before any political party. I try to never miss his show, even though it pre-empts our local news.

2. He's an old-fashion Republican....
....or at least he was. Recently he mentioned in an interview that he is more Independent now. Either way, he's a decent guy.

Keep driving them out, smirk.

4. Howard was awesome on Randi's show
The good Doctor told it like it was... about BBV, the theft of democracy in Florida during Y2K and a few other topics.

I always enjoy hearing Dr.Dean speak, thanks for the heads-up!
