"It's the economy, stupid"!
We seem to have gained some headway with the sheeple in regards to the Iraq war. According to the latest CNN poll,54% think Iraq was a mistake. But a slight majority think the the economy is improving so they still say they support *.

Now I know that, the economy clawing its way back up to where it was 3 yrs ago, in spite of this admin"s mismanagement, is hardly reason for rejoicing. But does anyone else think we need to focus our message more on how these people have bungled managing the economy?

2. Our national debt has put this country in a real bind. Also, the
Euro growing. If oil trade ever goes over to the Euro, that's the end of our economy. If foreign investors stop investing in us, there goes the economy. There is so little holding it up. It's down right scary.

3. Foreign investors buying the dollar...
i the only thing keeping the dollar from sinking.

Hit hard the national debt issue. The GOP hates to be call the party which created the largest national debt ever and the war costs will not go down or go away.

We should continue to hammer away at them and make them say what they intend to cut or will they continue to 'borrow and spend' forever...

5. The national debt is as great a threat to our security as are terrorists.
This must be driven home to the electorate.
