2. Assholeman got the last word but they turned them both off.
At the end they were both talking without sound. Too bad as I said in the other thread. Clark looked eager to engage.

5. They wouldn't even let Clark reply, let alone engage
Adelman attacked him and dragged in John Kerry, and as Clark was responding Adelman interrupted and then Carol Lin butted in as if time was up ("Gentlemen, gentlemen,") Then she went back to Adelman for the last word!!

That was THE most outrageous interview I've seen on CNN in a long time, and that's saying alot.

3. He was pissed
I think the moderator tried to keep the argument from going down the "campaign trail" and she did cut off or at least try to cut off the other dude Ken, but then they did cut the volume on Clark's mike, Clark did get to respond the first time, but at the end his volume was cut. No matter what if you were watching this program you would have to beleive that Clark was more credible than the other guy because he resorted to calling "names" and politicing rather than keeping to the subject. Clark has got be really pissed, I bet he manages to get on some other news programs shortly and just nails the bastard.

4. I didn't notice the mike getting cut, but I certainly noticed they gave
that asshole Adelman the last word.

Did a quick search on the creep, since his name was very familiar but I couldn't place him, and came up with this:

http://www.disinfopedia.org/wiki.phtml?title=Ken_Adelman

I thought this paragraph was particularly interesting--especially the first and last sentences:

"Adelman is openly and significantly to the right of the Bush administration, advocating the pre-emptive invasion of Iran and Saudi Arabia. An entertaining, provocative and at times frustrating speaker, Adelman is known for taking news interviews on foreign policy in his inimitable Rumsfeldian style of never yielding an inch. With wild, gesticulating hands, and passion when discussing warfare of any kind, he resembles a cartoon character."

7. Mike or no mike....Clark looks ready to rumble....and smiling all the
way through, too. There is no doubt that he is NO weak-kneed Democrat...He's ready to fight, and we need that all the way through to November.

He is ready to defend anything they throw at him.....and also go on the offensive....

9. It was just after Clark reminded Adelman of his "cakewalk" theory
about Iraq that they cut his mike down. Then they let Adelman have the last word and Clark's mike had already had the volume lowered.

11. See, that's the amazing thing
Clark knows all these assholes. He knows what they've said in the past, and can bring it up and throw it in their faces.

Just think what he'll do to former SecDef Cheney.

12. Getting ready to watch the replay
because I didn't get to see it the first time, but, from what I've heard, this is just some more of CNN's bad 'journalism,' and I use that term very loosely with them.
I wonder what they have up their craw about Clark? Are they pissed that he didn't renew or are they pissed that people actually used to watch their lousy channel to see him and then stopped watching after he started running for office.
I will watch the replay make make up my own judgments, of course, but more than likely, I will be sending another letter to the AOL/Time Warner whore network.

16. One part in Three of me
Thinks maybe they took out the whole segment because it made their news anchor woman look so lame. She became completely unable to moderate that discussion, she did not know how to shut it down in a remotely neat or fair manner, and CNN had to cut away from the discussion while it was still gathering steam after it probably went overtime. That's not the way pre packaged news is supposed to look.
