handover means nothing -- we still will have troops there, and from previous news reports we will be sending in more troops over the next couple of months

some troops will be coming home, but more are going over there than coming home

scuttlebutt at work is that the handover is just a facade -- lipstick on a pig

bush* is backing martial law in Iraq -- with that little tidbit I expect that bush* inc. and the Iraqi puppets are anticipating an increase in attacks

if the handover is suppose to unite the Iraqi people, then why martial law? I fear we will see an increase in attacks and a high probability of Iraq becoming embroiled in a civil war -- both occurances will tie up our troops and could provide Iran (and others)with a golden opportunity

by no means does the handover mean an end to this stupidity

ennywhoooo -- there is still that big question hovering over bush* -- why did we invade Iraq in the first place?
