Poll question: Alternative Reality#3. Nader/Lieberman are the last two against Bush
Who do you vote for? If in the General election, you only have Nader, Lieberman and Bush? Who is it going to be? Honestly.

Again, you have to vote due to Daschle's new obligatory voter law, overwhelming approved by Congress in March.

2. Can we have the latest poll numbers?
I'm thinking a lot of us are looking at this from an ABB perspective.

It's nearly dead even going into the final stretch, with

Bush - 36%

Lieberman- 33%

Nader- 31%

12. Suddenly a ground swell of activism.
The American electorate wakes up from a deep slumber, takes a good look at the choices and votes for the only non-Republican, ushering in the Nader era.

5. Sure it does, now you have to be 16 to vote, but
only with a canned food donation...

7. Could we go with Alternative Reality #4
aka Bizarro World?

We could run a Bob Denver/David Lee Roth ticket against Bush.

Or maybe a Pat Boone/Debby Boone ticket would do the trick.

And speaking of bizarro world, we'd have to have one for Republican members of congress to overwhelmingly pass a compulsory voting bill, which would bring out all of the poor and disposessed. But...temporary suspension of disbelief and all that, I get it. I'd have to say Nader.

9. Isn't Connecticut Governor John Rowland --
-- sort of in a tailspin right now over malfeasance charges?

It might be great to have Joe Lieberman withdraw from the presidential race and run for the governor's chair in Connecticut. It's somehow more his venue and he could do some real good there.

I voted for Nader up above because his record on anti-corporate issues is strong.

14. I have to go with Joe <choke>
because he is at least a Dem that will beholden to work with other Dems. Nader is just a whore now imo. Perhaps the biggest whore.

More likely scenario, I write in Clark. I live in NE so in reality only Clark or Kerry have any shot at taking my state.

18. Lieberman because he can win, if they were fightning for the nomination...
It would be a different story. Since my political ideology is somewhere in between the two of them I'd have to seriously read up on both candidates (neither of which I have any intention of supporting at the moment) and decide which one I like more.
