Saw today in the National Enquirer (OK...not the best source of info) that Rudy may step in to fill the VP slot this fall after Cheney "voluntarily" steps down due to health reasons.
Does anyone think that the "savior" of NYC after 911 has a chance? Or is he too liberal a Republican to satisfy the Christian right in the party?
Julianni was having an affair while married. Not only that, he had his "paramour" come to Gracie Mansion while his wife and kids were still living there.
They really have no scruples. They backed Arnold so why wouldn't they back Guiliani if they thought he could help. They will probably disconnet Cheney in a heartbeat.
The media has pumped this guy up ever since his single success as mayor - rallying New Yorkers on 9-11. Talk to most NYers and they'll share their virulent hatred for the man and his failed policies. He has zero foreign policy experience yet is continually asked his opinion on Iraq on pundit shows. People I know who live in NY call him a "Nazi" and they're being nice.
If not for the GOP-influenced corporate-controlled media, this goon would be back prosecuting drug dealers.
13. They won't dig the fact that Rudi cheated on his wife
and married his mistress. The GOP conservatives hated Nelson Rockefeller for having an affair, and they hated Clinton even more. Sex is always a pretext for these people to hate.
