3. See the headline under Kerry/Edward photo....
'Boys'.....I think they are tearing down the adults to bring them down to little bush's level...the immature little boy.

6. I'm amused by the reference to Bush's stance on the gay marriage issue
Edited on Sun Aug-01-04 10:36 AM by elperromagico
as "less permissive." I guess that's a fancy way of saying "highly prohibitive."

5. Where are the poll numbers from only after Kerry's speech?
This is a combination of pre- and post-acceptance speech opinions. The MSNBC article hints that Kerry got a far larger bounce from his acceptance speech than the overall poll numbers imply.

7. CNN Supposedly Will Release Numbers Sunday P.M.
I seem to recall CNN's poll correspondent (Bill...I can't think of his last name) reporting on Friday that it was too early to measure the effect of Kerry's acceptance speech, and that post-speech polling figures would be ready by Sunday (Aug. 1) afternoon.

These figures should be interesting....assuming we can trust CNN's polling process.

I've already read reports that JK's speech is showing that it's had a moderate bounce effect. Hope that CNN's figures confirm that.

GO KERRY - EDWARDS '04!!!

8. I just missed the details on CNN....
anyone watch it?...Wolf Blitzer giving poll numbers. I think I heard wrong, because it sounded like the *hrub's numbers had gone up.

9. Um, yeah:
>There are several factors that may have contributed to the limited surge, including the timing of the poll. On Thursday, Kerry had just a two-point lead over Bush (47 percent to 45 percent), suggesting that his Friday night speech had a significant impact...And limited coverage by the three major networks also may have hurt Kerry.

Ya think??

10. Will they give equal time to the Republicans?
Will they also cover them in the same lame assed fashion?
