Heard about the Kerry diet for America?
This country used to be in pretty good shape before Bush became President. Now you can't hardly recognize it. Everywhere you look you see more Fat Cats. But Kerry has a No Carb plan that puts the Atkins Diet to shame. It's simple. No Cheney, Ashcroft, Rumsfeld, or Bush.

p.s. I heard about this No Carb plan yesterday at a Democratic Party fund raising concert in Ulster County New York. The lead singer of the group The Five Points Band mentioned it from the stage, so credit where credit is due. Don't know if he thought of it or heard of it, all I did was play a little with the delivery lol.

1. It's a good one, but it's been around the internet a bit.
Hope you had a good fund raiser!

2. I suspected it had been...

but if I hadn't heard it, I figured I might not be alone. Yeah the fund raiser was fun, it was actually for our County's Democratic Party. Not as big a crowd as I would have liked, but I would have said that no matter how many people came, lol. John Sebastian was a late addition to the program, and Donovan showed up unannounced. The local Party never did anything like this before. Some other good lines from the stage; "If these guys get reelected I'm afraid they'll repeal the 20th Century." And (from someone who is too far left to get very excited by a Democrat), "Usually the choice is between Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. This time it's between Tweedle Dee and the Devil".
