I've finally grown real tired of this nonsense. It's time to take on the stupid talking points mantra. Kerry is a flip-flopper??? Well how about this:

I am using this now as a basis for LTTE and emails and whatever else needs to get out and I encourage everyone here to digest it, adopt it and get it out. Kerry is being "Gored" on this nonsense and shrub needs his hand called. Period.

In June of 2001, Bush opposed legislation that would have provided $350 million of loans to address the known reliability and capacity problems with America's power grid. The Bush administration lobbied Congress and got House Republicans to vote down this idea three separate times (Roll Call Vote #169, June 20, 2001).

FLOP:

On August 14, 2003, the day after a blackout shut down power from New York to Detroit, President Bush said, "We'll have time to look at it and determine whether or not our grid needs to be modernized. I happen to think it does, and have said so all along."
