Way to go Kerry. Hotter than hell in this town today. If you've ever been in Michigan when it gets humid you know what I'm talking about. Kerry passing out new book. VERY enthusiastic crowd.

Times change. Grand Rapids used to be the center of Repub's in Michigan. Not no mo' Mr. President.

BTW, no tickets necessary. Rally held in downtown at the site of the Calder. All Americans welcome.

where I live and I didn't even get an email from Bush/Cheney '04 (I signed up as a BC '04 supporter and I get to read all their BS emails). He spoke inside on Sunday at the Convention Center in front of 5,000 "guests".

Kerry, on the other hand, sent out an email about the Greensburg gig, had it outdoors, and open to everyone.

11. Many were here last night

after being in Grand Rapids. I'm up in Traverse City and we opened our storefront office yesterday. Levin, Stupak and a few others came up to help us out and they were reporting massive crowds.

The challenge is going to be to turn the north of the lower peninsula blue. Believe me we are working very hard on it.
