The story here is NOT that W (the supposed Commader-in-Chief) can perhaps get more military people to endorse him. The military has always been, traditionally, a big GOP supporter.

The story is why MANY in the miltary have not only jumped to Kerry's side, but have sharply criticized Bush's use and treatment of the military and their families.

The other story is why members of the miltary would endorse Bush with him being AWOL (or, at the very least, him covering up his service records) AND how he cuts military pay aid and sevices to military families.

Somebody really needs to ask these generals and admirals THAT!

personnel have sooooo much respect and love for Generals and Admirals. I'm sure this will go over like a ton of bricks. Hope the media have regular Guardsmen and troops fresh back from Iraq for LIVE commentary and feedback during the GOP convention.
